3. Client Responsibilities

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Respond to requests in a timely manner
• Ensure you have proper authorization for your Shopify store and any third-party assets

4. Payment Terms

All invoices are payable under the terms agreed upon in your project proposal. Late payments may incur interest or delays in delivery.

5. Intellectual Property

• You retain rights to your existing content and branding.
• Custom code or designs created by us are licensed to you upon full payment.

6. Confidentiality

We will not disclose any proprietary or sensitive information shared with us during the course of the project, except as required by law or with your written permission.

7. Warranties & Liability

We strive to deliver high-quality work, but make no guarantees that our services will be error-free or uninterrupted. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate the engagement with written notice. You are responsible for payment of all completed work up to the termination date.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
